Incenify Partner Program Privacy Notice
How participant information is collected, used, protected, and handled for optional SMS messaging.

This notice describes how information is handled in the Incenify Partner Program, including the optional transactional SMS program operated by Incenify LLC.
Information collected
The Program may collect account and eligibility information, program activity, sales claim and reward records, order information, support communications, device and security information, and other information participants provide. If a participant elects to enroll in SMS, the Program also records the mobile number, consent text and timestamp, verification status, inbound and outbound message records, delivery status, and SMS claim information.
How information is used
Information is used to operate and secure the Program, determine eligibility, administer activities and rewards, process claims and orders, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain audit records, and meet legal obligations. Mobile information is used only for optional transactional messages such as verification, sales claim intake, confirmations, status updates, and secure claim links.
Mobile information and SMS consent
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared, sold, rented, or otherwise provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
This protection covers mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, messaging consent records, and messaging data. Mobile information may be processed by contracted messaging service providers only as necessary to deliver, secure, support, or document the requested transactional messaging service, or when required by law. Those providers may not use the information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS enrollment is optional. Message frequency varies based on participant activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Opting out does not affect continued participation in non-SMS Program features.
Operational sharing
Information may be shared between the program sponsor, Incenify LLC, and contracted service providers solely for Program administration, fulfillment, communications, security, reporting, and legal compliance. Access is limited to the information needed for those purposes and is subject to contractual or legal safeguards.
For clarity, this general operational-sharing description does not permit mobile information or messaging consent to be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Security and retention
The Program uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect participant information. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for Program operations, security, dispute resolution, audit requirements, and legal obligations.
Participant choices
Participants can decline SMS enrollment, remove a registered mobile number, or reply STOP at any time. Privacy questions and requests to access, correct, or delete eligible information can be sent to contact@incenify.com.
