Incenify Program Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms before using the partner rewards platform.

Incenify LLC Employee / Partner Purchase & Incentive Program

These Program Terms & Conditions ("Program Terms") govern participation in the Incenify LLC incentive and purchase program (the "Program") hosted on the Incenify LLC platform.

By registering for or participating in the Program, you agree to these Program Terms. If you do not agree, do not register for or participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility

Participation in this Program is limited to individuals who:

  • Are at least the age of majority in their place of residence; and
  • Are currently employed by or affiliated with:
    • Incenify LLC, or
    • An authorized partner, dealer, distributor, or reseller designated by Incenify LLC.

Eligibility is determined solely by Incenify LLC. If you are unsure whether you are eligible, please contact your manager or program administrator.

2. Registration & Account Approval

To participate:

  • You must complete the registration process through the Program website.
  • You may be required to:
    • Register using a company or partner email domain, and/or
    • Select your role during registration.

Registration may be subject to manual approval by Incenify LLC or its program administrators.

Incenify LLC and/or Incenify LLC reserve the right to:

  • Approve or reject any registration
  • Suspend, revoke, or terminate access at any time
  • Modify user roles or eligibility without notice

3. Program Overview

The Program may include one or more of the following:

  • Incentive activities (training, missions, achievements)
  • Points-based rewards
  • Promotional or discount codes
  • Employee or partner purchase offers
  • Product catalogs with points, cash, or combined pricing

All Program features, rewards, and offers are governed by:

  • These Program Terms
  • Any additional rules displayed within the Program
  • Decisions made by Incenify LLC

4. Purchases, Discounts & Offers

Eligible participants may be offered access to discounted products or rewards.

Important conditions

  • Offers are valid only while supplies last
  • Only selected products may be available
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers
  • Third-party or non-approved products may be excluded
  • All prices, limits, and availability are determined by Incenify LLC

Program purchase limits may apply, including:

  • Per-order limits
  • Annual or periodic spending caps
  • Limits per participant

5. Points, Promo Codes & Rewards

  • Points and promotional codes have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
  • Points and codes may:
    • Expire
    • Be limited in quantity
    • Be revoked if issued in error or misused

Promo codes may be:

  • Single-use
  • Limited by time, quantity, or eligibility
  • Subject to cooldown periods

Incenify LLC reserves the right to modify or revoke points, promo codes, or rewards at any time, and to correct errors in issuance or redemption.

6. Orders, Shipping & Fulfillment

  • All orders are subject to verification and availability.
  • Shipping timelines may vary.
  • Orders may be delayed due to inventory or logistics constraints.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All purchases are final.
  • Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping addresses must match billing addresses.
  • In-store pickup is not available unless explicitly stated.

Products damaged in transit or defective upon receipt may be handled according to standard warranty or replacement policies.

7. Personal Use Only / No Resale

Products and rewards obtained through the Program are:

  • For personal use only, and
  • Not eligible for resale, redistribution, or commercial use.

Any attempt to resell or redistribute products may result in:

  • Immediate termination from the Program
  • Cancellation of pending orders
  • Notification to your employer or partner organization

8. Taxes

Participants are responsible for all applicable taxes, including federal, state, provincial, or local taxes, arising from Program participation or rewards received.

9. Acceptable Use

Participants must not:

  • Provide false information
  • Attempt to manipulate rewards or eligibility
  • Circumvent Program rules
  • Access accounts or data they are not authorized to access

Any misuse may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Program.

10. Program Changes & Termination

Incenify LLC reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program
  • Change eligibility, rewards, limits, or rules
  • Update these Program Terms at any time

Changes may be communicated via the Program website or email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Program and all related materials are provided "as is" and "as available."

Neither Incenify LLC nor Incenify LLC makes any warranties regarding:

  • Availability of rewards
  • Program duration
  • Error-free operation

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Neither Incenify LLC nor Incenify LLC shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Program is subject to:

  • Incenify LLC's Privacy Policy, and
  • Incenify LLC's Privacy Policy.

Data may be shared between Incenify LLC and Incenify LLC solely for Program administration and reporting.

14. Optional Transactional SMS Program

The optional Incenify Partner Program transactional SMS program is operated by Incenify LLC. Participants may use SMS for mobile verification, sales claim intake, claim confirmations, status updates, and secure claim-completion links. The SMS program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared, sold, rented, or otherwise provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • SMS enrollment is optional and is not a condition of Program participation.
  • Participants must provide a US mobile number and affirmatively select the unchecked SMS consent box.
  • Message frequency varies based on participant activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
  • Opting out of SMS does not affect access to non-SMS Program features.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

15. Governing Terms

These Program Terms are subject to applicable law and any additional governing terms made available by Incenify LLC for the Program.
